I turned my internal AI asset generator, the tool that made most of Tiny Harvest's art, into a real SaaS that anyone can sign up for and pay for. In this video I cut the scope down to one core loop, build auth, credits and a dashboard, and then make it a business with PayPal subscriptions: the PayPal AI Toolkit (MCP) creates the product and plan, the JS SDK v6 handles checkout, and webhooks flip the plan to Pro on the server. We test it in the sandbox and then go live.
