As an Indie Hacker, it's pretty easy to get demotivated, bored, and lost. I personally found continually consuming inspirational videos to be the most effective way to keep the Indie Hacker fire burning. There are tons of really great indie / bootstrapped developers who have made it and are sharing their inspiration online. Indie Dev Channels aims to curate contents relevant to Indie Hackers into a single website. For now it's a simple RSS feed curator from Youtube blindly fetching from indie-related channels periodically. Eventually I would want to moderate to ensure only content that are relevant for indie hackers get added.
