The most successful founders I know aren't selling AI. They never talk about AI with their clients. In fact, they never mention AI at all. They sell boring old services... The kind of stuff companies are used to paying people hourly for (and still do without really questioning it). But these founders use AI. Heavily. They do 10x the work and bill 3 clients for the same hour while their agents did most of the heavy lifting. Stop scrolling Twitter or YouTube for a second. Forget about all the fancy hype stuff you see. If you wanna capitalize on AI, do this instead (Just keep it 🤫 and don't be too loud about it)
