My self-hosted CI/CD is so fast. When I push a commit, things are typically fully rolled out within 30 seconds (FeedHive has 10+ services and 40+ pods). Bootstrapping a new self-hosted project is also much faster. I pick a server on Hetzner, SSH in, run a script, and I'm good to go (I have a "boilerplate" for Helm/k3s - you can ask AI to generate one the first time). It's so much faster than clicking around in AWS or Supabase to provision all the different stuff (databases, IAM roles, etc). So the whole thing about self-hosting slowing down shipping... It's pure cope and marketing
